As early as 2023, Greenway successfully achieved mass production of its 34145 “Gingu Bang” cylindrical cell, featuring an industry-leading full-tab design. Upon release, it quickly attracted widespread attention. With notable advantages such as low internal resistance, reduced heat generation, and extended lifespan, the cell has already delivered efficient, safe, and sustainable energy solutions across a wide range of applications. Now, Greenway has made another breakthrough by becoming the first in the industry to achieve mass production of the full-tab 18650 cell, further strengthening its position as a technological leader in the lithium battery sector.

The 18-series battery cells on display stand out with five core strengths: high safety, high-rate performance, long endurance, extended cycle life, and a wide operating temperature range. The adopted full-tab design significantly reduces internal resistance and optimizes current distribution, greatly enhancing conductivity. This allows for high-rate performance, including 2C charging and 20C discharging, while also minimizing localized energy loss during charge and discharge cycles—supporting both longer cycle life and extended usage. At the materials level, the use of multi-element doped cathode materials reinforces the structural integrity of the cells, further enhancing their safety performance. These advanced features enable Greenway to provide high-performance energy solutions for a wide range of applications, including power tools, smart home devices, robotics, electric vehicles, and high-speed electric motorcycles.
