CE-certified EN50604-1 lithium-ion battery series for light electric vehicles (LEVs) took center stage, highlighting Greenway’s technical prowess and innovative breakthroughs in the field of lithium-ion battery technology.

Represented by models ‌DZ-ZZ209‌ and ‌DZ-ZZ098‌, Greenway’s EN50604-1 certified E-bike lithium battery series has been engineered to global safety benchmarks from initial R&D stages through rigorous validation protocols. Guided by the stringent EN 50604 framework, the R&D team conducted systematic and meticulous evaluations across multiple dimensions—including physical safety, environmental durability, fault simulation, electrical safety, and systematical protection—to deliver cutting-edge, safety-oriented lithium-ion batteries poised to lead the industry.

Greenway’s lithium-ion batteries have demonstrated exceptional performance across rigorous mechanical tests—including vibration, mechanical shock, and drop tests—ensuring stability and safety under demanding operational conditions. Through environmental validations such as moisture condensation, Thermal Shock Test (TST), and Thermal Cycling Test (TCT), the batteries have proven capable of withstanding extreme weather environments.
