As long as your battery’s or your cell’s capacity is less than 100 watt hours or less than and it is contained with equipment (if there are more than 2 batteries or more than 4 cells in the equipment, the mark of lithium ion battery or lithium metal battery should be pasted on it), it will not be classified as a UPS dangerous good. And even if such a battery does not have an outer package, as long as its weight does not exceed 30kg, it will not be considered as UPS dangerous goods and can be sent directly by ground shipments.
