Precautions for the use of lithium battery
Lithium batteries can be roughly divided into two categories: lithium batteries and lithium-ion batteries. Lithium-ion batteries do not contain metallic lithium and are rechargeable. The fifth generation of rechargeable batteries, the lithium battery, was born in 1996, and its safety, specific capacity, self-discharge rate, and cost-performance ratio are better than those of lithium batteries. Due to its own high-tech requirements, only a few companies in a few countries are producing this kind of lithium battery.
Storage requirements: In an environment with a temperature of 20±5°C and a humidity of no more than 50%, the aluminum foil must be protected from corrosion by air and water vapor during transportation;
Lithium battery products are divided into two types, A and B. Their key features are: the appearance of the A type is black, and the conventional coating thickness is 4~8μm on both sides, and the conductivity is more prominent; the appearance of the B type is light gray, and the conventional coating The layer thickness is 2~3μm on both sides, the coating area can be welded with fewer layers, and the coating machine can identify the jump gap;
Type B (gray) carbon-coated aluminum foil can be directly ultrasonically welded in the coating area. It is only suitable for welding lugs for wound batteries (up to 2-3 layers of pole pieces), but the ultrasonic power and time need to be fine-tuned.
The heat dissipation of the carbon layer is worse than that of aluminum foil, so it is necessary to fine-tune the belt speed and baking temperature when coating.
This product has a considerable improvement in the overall performance of lithium batteries and capacitors, but it cannot be used as the main factor that changes certain aspects of the battery's performance, such as battery energy density, high and low temperature performance, high voltage, and so on.
