Best Method To Enclosure 18650 batteries
I have constructed a box for 18650 battery to prevent any unintended shortening, and I use Autodesk 360 Fusion to design the package for my battery pack. The battery pack has exposed nickel strips all around the battery. The box or the enclosure has two parts: Main and Top Lid, respectively.
For the printing of components I used my 3D printer CrealityCR-10S and 1,75 mm PLA green filament. It took me approximately 6.5 hours to print the main body and approximately 1.2 hours for the top lid to be paint.
